This policy explains what we collect when you use toptier.lol, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.
The short version: we collect very little. There are no user accounts, no advertising trackers, and we never sell your data. Most of what we hold is information you deliberately published on a public list.

We collect the following, and nothing else:
We store a truncated one-way hash of the IP address and user-agent rather than the values themselves. The hash lets us tell repeat visits apart and filter out automated traffic, so click counts shown to people who paid are honest. It is not reversible back into an IP address, and we do not use it to build a profile of you, track you across sites, or identify you.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We use a small number of service providers who process data on our instructions:
We may disclose information where legally required, to respond to lawful requests, to investigate suspected fraud or abuse, to enforce our Terms, or in connection with a merger or sale of the business, in which case we will say so before your information becomes subject to a different policy.
Everything in your listing is public by design: your handle, name, description, images, category, position, and the amount paid. Assume it will be seen, copied, screenshotted, and indexed by search engines. Do not put anything in a listing that you would not want public permanently.
Your email address is never displayed publicly.
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. We use only what is strictly necessary to serve the site securely, plus, where applicable, privacy-preserving aggregate analytics that do not track individuals across sites. You can turn off outbid alerts using the link in any such email, or by emailing us. You will still receive receipts and essential service messages about a payment you made.
You can ask us to remove your listing at any time by emailing hello@toptier.lol. Removal does not reverse a completed payment.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to appeal a refusal. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them; we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined. To exercise any right, email hello@toptier.lol. We may need to verify your identity, and there are some things we cannot delete while a legal or accounting obligation requires us to keep them.

We use encryption in transit, restrict access to production systems, and never handle raw card details. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Service is not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, email hello@toptier.lol and we will delete it.
If we change this policy we will update the effective date above and, for material changes, give notice on the site.
